Maestri World makes learning games for young children. We collect as little as we can, we never sell information, and there are no ads on this website or in the app. This page explains what happens to information on maestriworld.com and in the Maestri World app.
This website
- No tracking cookies, no ads, no analytics profiles. The site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
- Early access sign-up. If you sign up, we receive your email address and, if you choose to give them, your child's age range and the device you would use. Submissions are stored with Netlify Forms. We use them only to tell you about Maestri World, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete them at any time.
The app
- Progress stays on the device. Game progress, child profiles and the play journal behind the parent charts are stored on the iPad. They are not sent to us.
- Children's names are for parents only. A child's name appears only in the parent area; children recognize their profile by an animal and a color.
- Backups are yours. If you export a backup, the file is created on your device and goes wherever you choose to save it.
- No ads, no accounts. The app shows no advertising and does not ask anyone to create an account.
Children
The website is for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@maestriworld.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
